Vegan Red Cabbage Salad Recipe


This tangy Red Cabbage recipe is light, crunchy, refreshing, and serves perfectly as a side Vegan dish or even an appetizer.

  • 4 cups red cabbage julienned
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 2 daikon radish, julienned
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped


  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chopped berries
  • Onion rings


  1. Julienne the cabbage, radish, and carrots. Chop up the remaining vegetables.
  2. Add everything to a bowl and toss well. Drizzle olive oil over the salad, and top it with seeds, berries or onions rings.
