Vegan Red Bean Chili Recipe


For a vegan chili that meat lovers would like, this recipe is healthy and tastes great this Red Bean Chili is a must when the weather cools.

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 4 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dry red beans
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until glassy. Add the spices and salt.
  2. Puree the chopped tomatoes in a blender and add them to the pot along with the water and beans. Cover the pot and simmer for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and garnish the chili with almond milk.
