Vegan Pancakes Recipe


This vegan egg-free, dairy-free pancake mix recipe is so good that everyone will ask for more.Enjoy this vegan recipe with all your friends!

  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • ½ cup mashed berries
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon mace
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey/molasses
  • ½ cup teff flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  • ¼ cup nut cheese
  • ½ cup coconut flakes


  1. Create a flax-egg by combining one tablespoon of ground flax seeds with 2-3 tablespoons of water, Mix well.
  2. Mix the flax egg with all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, except for the coconut oil. Combine well.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop a ladle of batter, pour it in the center of the pan, and spread it in a circular fashion. Let the pancake cook for 3-4 minutes. When you see bubbles, flip the pancake, cook the other side for 3-4 more minutes.
  4. Cook all the pancakes. Serve them hot with nut cheese or coconut flakes garnish.
