Vegan Green Berry Medley Recipe

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • ½ cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • A pinch of salt and paprika
  • 1 cup collard greens
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup slivered almond
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds


  1. Rinse the leaves well and steam them for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Sliver the almonds and halve the strawberries.
  3. Add the steamed greens, berries, seeds, and almonds to a large bowl. Sprinkle the salt and paprika. Toss well to combine and serve.
